In case you receive an incorrect order or damaged pack, you are eligible for refund or reshipping of your meds.

Here are the steps you can take to help us speed the process:
  • Please take proper and clear images of the packet the medications came in as well as the medications received.
  • Our shipping team will review the issue and resolve it within 12 working hours.

You can opt for refund or a reshipping of the ordered medications for the same number of pills.

For a refund; we will process the refund to your order for the exact amount. We will send you a confirmation for the refund transaction on the email address you provide.


For a reshipment, we will reship the exact amount of pills to the same shipping address or a different shipping address; if you wish to have it shipped to a different address. Please note that it will require your confirmation. We will issue a new tracking number for your reshipped package.

We will send you the address for any returns of any order. We will refund the amount for the order once we receive a tracking number for the return package.

Special note:
  • Refunds and reshipments are eligible only when there is a mistake in order delivered and order placed.
