1. Is prescription a necessary prerequisite to order from your online pharmacy?

At VediCareHealth you do not need to present any prescription to place an order; however we strongly recommend that you do not take medications without the proper consultation from a Medical Professional.

2. Is my purchase related data kept confidential with your online pharmacy database?

While placing the order we ask for the following details:

After a customer's order is sent or a query is resolved, the data is deleted from our database except the name and email address [for refill reminders]. 3. What should I do if I receive an incomplete order or a damaged product?

In case you received an incomplete order or a damaged product please click a picture of the packaging it came in with the label being clear and readable and a clear image of the medications received. Please send it to us on our customer mail [email protected] or [email protected] and we will check the issue. You will be given an update and the issue will be resolved with a solution within 12 working hours.

4. What are the shipping time frames?

Usually an Overseas Order takes around 15-20 business days to be delivered anywhere in the United States (US) and Australia. For our US-US packs the medications are delivered within 5-7 business days [2-3 business days with Priority Shipping]

5. Can I place a large bulk order?

Yes you can place a bulk order at VediCareHealth, but please note that in case of huge packs we usually prefer to ship them in batches so that there are no issues or hold-ups at International Customs and the packs are delivered smoothly. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipped batch. The next batch will be shipped as soon as the prior package clears International Customs

6. How can I have my order processed faster?

We will send you the payment details for the order within minutes of placing the order; please pay for the order as soon as it is possible with address confirmation. We will ship the order within 12 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed.

7. Can I purchase multiple months supply at a time?

You can place bulk orders or can place orders for months at a time; we will ship them as the packages get delivered one by one.

8. Can I request medications with specific expiration dates for my order?

We ship medications that are within the expiration date; however we do not ship medications with specific expiration dates, as these meds are subject to availability.

9. Why are the prices of medicines listed on your website so low?

We purchase the medications in bulk from the distributors and as such we get it at a lower price. We do not charge for shipping and hence the prices of the medications come to a lower rate. We strive to provide our customers with competitive prices on medicines without compromising on quality.

10. The generic pills I ordered from your online pharmacy, vedicarehealth.com are different in appearance than the ones I usually get from my local drugstore. Why is that so?

Trademark laws prohibit generic pills from being identical replicas of their corresponding brand-name counterparts that you get at your local drugstore in terms of appearance. This is why generic pills often look different despite having the same composition and functioning in the same way as their brand-name counterparts.

11. What do I do if I don’t see my prescription medication on your medication list?

12. How do I cancel my order?

You can simply mail us at [email protected] or [email protected] and we will cancel the order. However please note that the order cannot be cancelled once your order has been shipped.

13. What happens if I put in my cancel request?

After you put in a cancel request we will cancel the order. In case you have paid for the order but we have not shipped the order yet we will refund the amount paid for the order. However please note that the order cannot be cancelled once your order has been shipped.

14. Can I get a copy of my order invoice for any particular order?

After you place an order at vedicarehealth.com we will send you the invoice for the order on the email that you provided. Of course if you want a copy of that you can simply mail us and we will send you a copy of the order requested.

15. How do I order a medication refill as per my previous order?

We usually send regular refill reminders to our customers and you can reply to those reminders for a refill. Or you can visit our website vedicarehealth.comand place your order. We are available for any queries including refill requests at vedicarehealth.com.

16. Do I need to upload my prescription before or when I am placing an order?

You do not need to share your prescription for placing an order; we trust our customers that they are taking their medications properly and as per the instructions from their qualified Medical Professional. Please take your medications responsibly.

17. How do I know my prescription data is kept confidential and not shared with other parties?

We do not ask for prescription from our customers and as such, storage of prescription data does not arise.

18. Do you have a mobile app or any other way I order through your website on my phone?

You can place your orders on our phone through our website; we do not have an app for VediCareHealth.

19. Can I set up automatic refills for my medications month by month?

We send our customers regular refill reminders for our customers. If you opt for automatic refills we will contact you for the refill once your ordered meds are delivered. If you wish to order a refill we will place the order for you and send you the payment details and have your order shipped after payment confirmation.

20. Do you offer any kind of offers or rewards for recurring customers?

Once you place an order at vedicarehealth.com you qualify for our offers that run month-long. If you would like to avail the offer you can place an order on the mail or on the website. We will add any offers or rewards that you qualify for to your order.

21. Do you provide any kind of consultation with a pharmacist about medicine queries?

We do not have any facility for consultation with a pharmacist about medication questions. All our meds are prescription meds and are FDA Approved with no compromise for quality whatsoever.

22. How do I get in touch with your customer support if I have an issue with an order?

23. Can I contact your online pharmacy via phone support?

1. How much am I saving while placing an order on your online pharmacy?

You can save up to 10% on regular packages and higher saving percentages on larger packs. We also offer our recurring customers free pill offers that amount for the gross saving.

2. How can I pay for the medications I order from your online pharmacy, vedicarehealth.com?

After you place an order at vedicarehealth.com, we will you the invoice for the order. Shortly after that you will receive the payment details for the order amounting to the medication pack you ordered. You can pay for the order via Debit and Credit Card.

3. How long does it take to reflect the refund in my account?

Usually the refunds reflect on your bank account statement within 48-72 working hours, however that can vary for different banks. We send you the refund receipt for the refund transaction after the refund has been made from our end.

4. How long does it take to show the payment amount debited from my account after I place an order?

Usually the amount is debited from your account within minutes, you will receive a notification from the bank once your amount has been deducted. We will confirm the payment from our end once the amount is credited to our account.

5. How do you accept payments?

We accept payments via Debit and Credit card, whichever is convenient for you.

6. Do you accept any insurance?

We do not accept insurance on any meds at vedicarehealth.com.

7. My insurance requires a prior authorization for some medications. Do I provide that to you?

As there is no provision for insurance at vedicarehealth.com, we do not require any authorization.

8. Do you offer any discounted pricing for patients with lower income?

Our prices are at a discounted rate compared to most of our competitors, and as such we cannot provide further discounted pricing for low income patients, however we can ship extra pills for certain medications that in turn assist our customers with extra pills for the same price.

Shipping-Related queries

1. I wish my to have packages sent to me discretely, how can I make it possible?

We ship our medications in secure, discrete packages that have your name and shipping address you provide on the shipping label. Our packages are properly sealed so that the medications are not damaged on the way to your shipping address.

2. How do I change my shipping address?

After you place the order, you can send us the shipping address and we will ship the medications to the said address. We usually confirm the shipping address before forwarding your details to the shipping team.

3. My online order has not been shipped yet. Why is the medication not being shipped?

If there is a hold up in your medication dispatch, it could be due to the following reasons:
  • Payment has not been confirmed yet
  • Shipping address confirmation is pending
  • There is an issue with availability of med stocks.
Your medications are dispatched within 12 business hours of payment confirmation. If there are any issues we will get in touch with you. We update our customers at regular intervals regarding their order.

4. Can the shipping address be changed once I place an order with your online pharmacy, Vedicarehealth.com?

You can change the shipping address any time before the order is shipped. In case there is a change in the shipping address please update us on: [email protected] or [email protected]. However please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.

5. How can I check the status of my order?

We send regular time-to-time updates about the status of your right from receiving the order to payment confirmation to shipping your order to the provided shipping address. Once your order has been shipped we send you the tracking number for the medication package with which you can track the status of your package on the tracking site.

6. How is your online pharmacy, Vedicarehealth.com delivering orders to the customers?

We ship our medications from our dedicated shipper in India. The packages reach their destination country and once the medications packages clear International Customs. From there on, USPS delivers the medications in the US and Australia Post delivers them in Australia.

7. My online medication order was shipped but I am not able to track the shipment, what is the issue?

The tracking number we send you usually goes live on the tracking site within 24-48 working hours. We regularly monitor the tracking numbers and take any steps necessary for the medications to be delivered.

8. How will your online pharmacy, Vedicarehealth.com pack my order?

We ship the medications in securely sealed, discrete packages with the name and shipping address on the shipping label. Our meds are sealed in a box as per the pack you order and the box in turn is sealed in a shipping packet and shipped.

9. I received only part of the order I placed. Why?

This does not usually happen to our shipped orders, but in case you receive half or an incorrect amount of medications, please click a clear image of the package the shipment came in and the medication received. Please send us the images and the issue you have faced on [email protected] or [email protected]; we will check the issue and ship the missing pills with a new tracking number.

10. The order I received contains wrong dosage and/or amount of medication, what should I do in this case?

In case you receive a wrong dosage or wrong medication, please send us clear images of the shipping packet and the medications received to: [email protected] or [email protected]. We will ship the correct medications in the correct dosage and amount.

11. Can I return the order after it has been delivered to me?

You can return the order after it is delivered, but before that please send us a mail on: [email protected] or [email protected] stating why you want the order returned. We will send you the address you need to return the meds to. We will refund the amount after you provide us a tracking number for the return shipment.

12. Do you ship internationally or do you ship within the US as well?

We ship both internationally and within the US. However, the packs and prices for both the modes of shipping are different. Internationally shipped orders usually take 15-20 business days and US-US orders take 5-7 business days [2-3 business days with Priority Shipping] to be delivered.

13. I will be traveling when my refill is due to be shipped. Can I alter the shipping address or delay the shipping of the refill?

You can send us the new shipping address you want the medication shipped to and we will ship them accordingly. However you can also opt to delay the refill shipment and we will ship your med refill when you want us to.

You can consider breaking down the medications that you do not need and seal them in a garbage bag and dispose them properly in the garbage can so that no stray animals can consume them and/or they do not harm the environment in any way or on any level.
